If they could, we would have heard the good news by now, would we not?
Otherwise Class Actions and all sorts of things will result from the lack of disclosure.
Do they not need to disclose whether they have exceeded expectations commensurate with the SP after a hostile takeover?
Think we are in for a negative surprise but hope to be proved wrong. All on the basis of currently no disclosure.
