Revenues beat consensus. Margins under pressure though (possibly more so than analysts expected). The decline in profit/EPS isn't concerning - all previously disclosed and most of it relates to transaction and integration costs etc.
To me, declining margins across the board would be my main concern, but I would take this as a neutral to mild positive result
