It seems likely that something will eventuate from PromarkerD but it seems to be taking a long time, I'm sure it's longer than they expected. I would be happier if they commercialised it so as to keep the cost within what they earn from analytics each year. Or draw up a budget to show they will meet the cost out of some finite years earnings from analytics. Show that it is not a bottomless pit intended to be financed by SPP in other words.
