The other common theme is the predictions that go back to August and then approval will be in Sept and then a certainty for October

What about never in November or maybe the next Chinese New year

May the guessing continue......................in the mean while the sp drifts just as blind Freddie would have predicted

Many eggs in the SMAR basket............there are consequences to be considered

FACT.................I KNOW NOTHING and suggest most if not all know just as much
