Last week was all retail buying and brokers selling. I think it's being traded. There's just enough liquidity to do it. Same brokers have been buying some weeks and selling others.
As with all shells, price watching is fruitless. Easiest to check price once or twice a week and have your news/price alerts set, for when something worth talking about actually happens.
