Surely they should be at least 1% maybe 2 higher if they have not sold any.

My belief is that everytime the share price started to creep up, then a large blocking parcel would soon appear. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't, as it's obvious now OCJ was prepared to buy big. The entity trying to stop the increase i believe, was Toad and that's why he doesn't have as many shares now as he should.

Now the big question you could ask then, is why is the majority shareholder trying to subdue the price of a company it so heavily invested in. If Toads ambitions for the company was purely independent, as just as a shareholder. Surely he would be happy to see the price rise. However if his thoughts are not independent and are aligned with BBIG. Then he knows the future for FMS is big and so does not need to worry about just the share price.

Toad knows our future otherwise he would have got out a long time ago. So there is no reason to sell and every reason to buy. He might still try to screw us (i hope he does) Because this time and in the present climate we have plenty to fight back with.

grolph, you assertion that TIO has been selling shares to depress the value of shares is not correct.

TIO have fully subscribed to the October 2016, May 2017 and July 18 CRs and have sold no shares according to the records I have kept.

I have kept a tab on the TIO shareholdings for some some time now and their current holding of 1,936250,459 has cost them $52,731,358. TIO's cost is $0.02552 cents per share.

You can draw your own conclusions about TIO's capacity to acquire the remaining 44% of FMS
