If I had available cash I would be buying more at these levels.
Reading the wording of the annual report is like trying to interpret the minutes of the RBA:
Latest Annual report: "well underway" sounds positive so far as things negotiations have matured and market appropriately updated a holding statement. IMO
The previous JV update: "should a definitive outcome of the current negotiations/processes be achievable, in relation to the JV in China with Health" - this statement was very non-committal and may have been reflective of not putting Health 100 offside in any way as they continued to negotiate. iMO
Original Trading Halt request: "about to enter into a material contract with a third party in China in relation to its Somfit consumer sleep technology, which will potentially and substantially alter the outlook of Compumedics" - detailed and positive.... IMO
Hard to see the SP going anywhere until news hits.
Someone taking tiny bites today and pushing the SP up: excepting the largest single trade today (20,975) there was around 29 trades for 20,042 shares. Managed a 5.43% in SP!
Now we sit and wait for the news.... JV success, MEG Sales...….. ?GLTAH
