Agree Bill. Very positive report on the whole and just a hint of how close we may be. My personal take on the “soon” business , after months of speculation is this. I believe that we very well may have been very close to an agreement with somebody,( I’ll let you speculate as to whom) but had an oh f#ck moment not long after @Anachronist located a patent lodged by Lumileds for an Rpcvd application and let us all know. We were put into a trading halt until they investigated if any breaches of contract had taken place. From this, I believe management became fully aware of shortcomings in their IP protection and needed to reevaluate hence all the additional patent applications since. As to the upgrade, I believe this was inevitable when we came close to commercialisation as the company could not trust a partner to build a commercial sized machine and demonstrate its capabilities without compromising their IP portfolio.
That’s my 2 bobs worth. Any thoughts on this @Anachronist or anyone for that matter.
