Competitors in this definition presumably means people who might have tried a takeover offer? Suppliers could mean equipment providers for the plant, maybe even Sprott’s finance?
We will never know when they realised that the plant plan was a dud. But I agree with you that the justification for invoking the unreasonable prejudice clause is thin.
