The people in the positions to sway the share price are generally already privy to all the relevant information (You may have noticed a recent decline already). There are alot of details they should have released already but haven't. They know the DFS is inaccurate, they've had it reviewed but yet they still quote the original figures. They haven't even committed to a timeline towards construction.

Personally I think they're just trying to wait it out until they can announce the plant build has recommenced as the outlook will be positive then and a good investment with the right entry price.
