I'm not entirely sure any "prejudice to the group" would be "unreasonable" but that aside my interpretation of this statement is a self admission of breeching the ASX continuous disclosure obligations.

There are some other interesting parts but really at this point who gives a sheet.

Actually the unreasonable prejudice exemption is specifically allowed by ASIC.
