If you look at the overall return which include both the div and the SP, the return has been fairly ordinary; to say the least !!!!
in fact the SP is lower today than it was both 2 years ago AND 5 years ago !
Yes. Funny how people look at these and just talk about the dividend returns.
But, even on the dividend returns, as the company has raised more cash from us the dividend has decreased by 20%. That is from $10c to $8c. Meantime their fees have risen astranomically because they take a percentage of the fund.
