I guess it depends on how much Tesla is down from the original agreement price. Tesla May have risen from the original agreement price, and then have gone down from that, but not much.... we would have to look at CDM monthly reports to see when they initiated the position.
I wouldnt know what to do In Their position except to apply the old adage; the first bit of bad news is rarely the last. So personally, I may be a holder expecting more of a bailout (of investors) and more bad news, the fund managers may take a more circumspect and safe strategy by getting out while the going is good. I dont know if they were successful shorting DMP..... it would possibly have been touch and go. I know that LSF were also shorting TSLA in a big way.
Personally, I think TSLA is a house of cards !
