they are not ignoring you. They just don't work for this company. It's an empty box. They just checking if the paycheck comes on time. Try to contact them.
I have myself tried to call and email them coz I wanted to invest here. No answer lol. That's a red flag!
they don't care about the future of rmx. Only paycheck.
