OK, we’ve now got an idea of the front-running cargo classes to be moved into the clinic: Anti-Sense Oligonucleotides; CRISPR/Cas9; and Peptide vaccines. There will be a competitive read-out relevant to an exemplar cargo from within each class.
We’ve also now got an idea as to how it is planned to commercially progress any promising CPP-cargo – either out-license the platform to third parties (there are already a number of MTAs in place that include these three cargo classes) or in-license the cargo for PYC to progress into the clinic.
