For a $106M MC company, the remuneration of executives (and chairman) is off the chart. I encourage everyone to read the Annual Report before voting at AGM. Funny how remuneration bench marking is only done when pay is below market, but never when pay is way above market.
I can now see why Dave Stewart was selling shares over the last 12 months. Great to be on Board and know the forward sales, upcoming contracts/trials likelihood and further unannounced investments in future years which caught all analysts and large holders off guard. And also explains why no one on Board or management have been buying shares over the last 12 months, except for some minor purchases. With those fat salaries and short term incentives, no need to risk capital.
