If you look at a net profit of $8m in 2018 with executive salaries of $5.4m you get some idea of how the executive remuneration impacts on the SP. Take $2m off the executive remuneration cost and you are looking at a much more sustainable enterprise. Also use more functional job titles such as Human Resources Manager so that shareholders know what executives are actually responsible for.
