I'd be looking like hell at how to work the arbitrage.
It would probably mean winding up DGR and giving shareholders the assets mainly SOLG shares in scrip or cash. Hey, there's an idea.
Happens all the time with underperforming LIC's. In this case the manager has actually created value/wealth just hasn't got it to us (I've only been her 5 min. mind).
