In my opinion this is looking very promising with Morgans loading up 775,000 shares at roughly 0.245 avg with Hartleys, Pershing, ML, Patersons, MS with a further 900,000 or so. Commsec net volume for October is surprisingly very low.
UBS, Shaw & AusieX have unloaded 1M shares which were most likely accumulated in September around 0.200.
