Thanks God that noteholders have not granted the extension for the acquisition deal by 31 Dec 2018 (the deadline of the acquisition deal is today, 31 Dec 2018).
Good news for SDL holders that SDL will become a debt free company soon with noteholders (those large companies with international reputation) will become the controlling shareholders of SDL rather than owned by ANS/WAPRC.
If ANS/WAPRC is still interested to invest more money in SDL, they could either buy at premium from:
1. noteholders or
2. market or
3. SDL through issuance of new shares.
