I can only differ to almost everyone here in saying that the report says there is lots of parts to this deal and its taking time. They are working on it "diligently" and need the extension.
If this is all delaying tactics to drain more cash then that would be happening anyway if this deal wasnt on the table.
We can only wait longer and not get upset as that may still be unfounded..... Lets just wait and see.
