Last year they had 8m debt, this year they don't, so i'm assuming they paid it off and this has had an impact on the profits their profits. Is that not right?

If the company only has 200k profit after a 14m rev, that's really bad. A lifestyle business. With a 200k profit and 20m valuation, they're valued at 100x ebit which is clearly nonsense. Media businesses with print and events tend to be 6-8x.

But teach me, I'm clearly missing something. I'm not an accountant or in business. Just a punter who bought this stock a couple of times. On the surface it looked ok but it's been quite disappointing.
