The problem is we have a dud CEO. No vision, no planning, no strategy.

No financier is going to give us a cent unless they get a piece of the pie. E.g. sell them 30-40%, if they agree to finance 40-50% and the rest CR from the SHs at the end. Everybody wins. If he wants any more pointers, i'll be happy to help.

Wheres the plan? Where's the business model, forecast?

Getting 800k a year for sitting around and waiting for things to fall in his lap. What a joke.The previous dud only cost half, and he got more done. What does that tell you?
