Glad I'm not the only one trying to interpret it.

I'm reading it as though the minister was hoping to give final signature by the 27th of February.

This report is already a little dated, only covering up to end of December, 2018.

Perhaps the 27th of February target has been missed due to unforseen circumstances on the government's part.

Peter has since recently met with the deputy minister who has assured Triton all is well.

Not particularly concerned at my end Steve. Pretty confident the signature will come when its ready.

I'm sure Peter & the team will then go into overdrive to get the project on its way to construction.
