Gale and Vilensky have been made directors in another lifestyle company, Oakdale Resources (ASX:OAR). That company is in an even worse position that LRS, it has no cash and no assets of note. It does not do anything, its main activity is a "potential scoping study" at some unspecified time and place (which sounds much like LRS' "JORC coming soon"). OAR appears to exist solely to pay directors fees.
I predict LRS will go into the hands of administrators at any time between now and 31 October 2019 at the latest.
