For me the first question I have is are the directors actually getting paid? Next is if so, is there any money in the local bank accounts that pays the directors or is it from china?
Then at the next AGM, I will be proposing that XPD (australian entity) enter into a management agreement with the China subsidiary. This is a legitimate structure and would allow you to bring at least $500k a year across into Australia... Once we get some of the money here... its here.
