2)CEO’s employment contract ends this coming November - he will answer all our questions or get a new job and we get to keep all the money his family has built up. Or he will show himself running away with the money.
3) I could see large negative cash flow in 2017, hence no dividend was paid out or just frugal? If this is true then it was a good decision.

2) one of large shareholders Chao Wei Deng hold over 9% of the company but under 2 different names separated by a title ONLY (account for 4.5% EACH accounts). A mysterious person and investment play. Someone do need to ask a few questions about who he is and where he is from.

This is an Interesting company indeed, it makes Htran extremely paranoid now (with good reasons) and present a fascinating and yet dangerous investment on bipolar ends. Do not invest in XPD if you can’t afford to lose money on this one.
