For me this is a very strong statement - and IMO conveys that the board are very much aware of the SP (lack of) action:
(from the Annual Report), "Notwithstanding our very much stronger position, wehave received a stark reminder that in small companieswith relatively low liquidity the price at which shares aretraded may not always appropriately reflect the intrinsicrisk-adjusted value of the assets. As shareholders ourselvesand owning approximately 10% of Neuren, the board andmanagement are extremely disappointed with the price themarket has placed on Neuren since the deal with ACADIA inAugust 2018 was announced. Our confidence in ACADIA’sstrength and capabilities has increased since enteringinto the partnership and the collaboration between ourcompanies is both strong and productive. Back in AugustACADIA was for a period of time negatively impacted bysome adverse publicity, which we judged to be incorrect.ACADIA’s position was soon thereafter clarified with the FDA,and this was followed by positive clinical trial results anda successful capital raising. ACADIA has a current marketcapitalisation of more than US$3.5 billion."
