"This consolidation of capital is a crucial step in this process and without it the recapitalisation
of the Company and readmission to ASX will not be possible. Consequently, the Board urges all shareholders to be proactive in lodging a proxy for the upcoming meeting and voting FOR the Consolidation of Capital in Resolution 4.
