Have you tried phoning them? I've got through more than once.
The 3B for the 72m shares gifted to CPS at 0.07c shows remaining capacity at 0 after the placement. If the vote had been yes, the capacity would have been replenished for further placements I guess. Because it was no, they have no further capacity.
I believe ASX won't allow them to raise again below 2c hence the 30-1 consolidation (30 x the last raise price of 0.07c takes the share price to 2.1c). I think the next raise will be at 2c if the vote goes through compared to the last traded price of 9c equivalent. Not a great result for holders. This looked like a good punt 18 months ago following the Selenge sale but not having support from the major holder has meant continued suspension.
Lippo have voted everything down and I have been told that if the next vote fails, they're hitting a dead end again basically and it's all over (or words to that effect).
There were 74m votes for the resolutions last time versus 152m against. Add on the 72m and it becomes very tight 146m for 152m against.
