When you’re investing with checklists, a fast growing company with only a $20m market cap a couple of years ago will always not check all the boxes. Especially around corporate governance.
But this game is not about checking the most boxes, it’s about weighting them appropriately and making considered decisions.
There are boxes that almost all companies cannot check - whether they buy, beg, borrow or steal - huge demand for the product, and triple digit growth.
