Look at the volumes going through. 60m shares in total, less than 2% of shares can move the price big time. So the swings are big to the upside and down. If you were to buy 30,000 shares right now, you'd probably push the price up 10%.
Based on that, I don't think you can look to the share price (the sell decision of a small number of people) to reflect the actual value of the company.
