One interesting paragraph in the Annual Report is that:
"Business Development Several opportunities have been reviewed during the year, and the Company will continue in its efforts to identify and acquire suitable new business opportunities in the resources sector, both domestically and overseas. However, no agreements have been reached or licences granted and the Directors are not able to assess the likelihood or timing of a successful acquisition or grant of any opportunities".
It's good to see that the company is still actively looking at acquiring something in the resources sector. Secondly, that they are not just going to buy anything for the sake of buying. Hence the time taken thus far to find something worthy. IMO
