I'm not sure. You never know when you're talking with a board member what they are trying to tell you. He certainly told me a lot of about his history with gold and copper projects, said that he liked gold and copper, and also said he doesn't like second rate projects. He mentioned that he likes projects that make the hair on the back of your neck stand up but it takes time to sift through the chaff. He said CR1 intends to acquire a project of that nature. He also likes cricket.
I did not convey to him that I would replicate our conversation on HotCopper - but in reality he didn't tell me anything remarkable or outside of what is in company announcements so I am pretty comfortable describing what he said.
I just think it's worthwhile talking to him because there's not many CR1 shareholders and they might not realise the experience and gravitas of the guy running the show.
