Surges I don’t buy it.. aug/sept we expected news now we are told work is only starting in q3? To me that’s just stringing us along again.. nothing will be reported on the Q3 work start for many months imho and we won’t get progress updates but hey we all read into these reports differently.. I sure hope u are right and I am wrong but the can just keeps appearing to be kicked a bit further down the road from my point of view ..
