    Its all about LFIA now. In the past they wanted to break into a very well entrenched laboratory market. They failed. The business case might have been good enough but it takes clever and manipulative politics to breakdown those barriers. Golf with the Chairman kind of thing. At the least most likely.

    Clever and manipulative politics?

    It never translated into deals for simple reasons of economics.

    The existing tests were good enough for companies to continue making money. And they had a commercial philosophy

    if it ain't broke don't fix it.

    This is what is meant by commercial reality. This is why around 98% of patents aren't successfully commercialised.

    ADO naively believed that companies would fund the change. No. They. Wouldn't!

    Why has ADO had 2 incarnations previously?

    They've failed twice before. TWICE.

    The high churn of CEOs makes you wonder if they keep inheriting plans doomed to failure.

    (I want my money back.)
