Ann: Annual Report to shareholders, page-4

Interesting read, with no 'gotchas' that I could spot.
Page 69 details the Top 20 quoted option holders (ASX:ADOO).
Given that these options are to purchase ADO at 2¢, (a jump of over 50% on the current price), I'd want to be pretty confident that that was a credible price and that I wasn't parking money for no realistic gain. So it was nice to see several directors interests on that list. I didn't see where the purchase of those options was included in the Annual, or know if that is even reportable, but it shows their appetite for risk and maybe indicate the to the rest of us holders the level of confidence they have in reaching that target.
