    Hi EWexplorer

The CAPEX for each plant is only $1mil AUD, it isn't a significant investment to build each 100tpa factory,

If the current companies GEIC/FGR are negotiating with are based in the UK, Brexit will have no impact, If we are dealing with European companies, FGR can locate the plant in their country,
If we are dealing with both UK and European companies, we can always build two factories.

Worst case scenario, we have 97t free capacity at Henderson, we can always ship the Graphene from Australia to Europe or the Uk.

FGR currently has between $6-8 mil in cash, they can fund any expansion that we may require,

I always look for solutions for a problem or the reason why GEIC would be dealing with a non-UK graphene company for the supply of Graphene for this application/user, They have 2 UK tier one partners, Haydale and Versarien who produce graphene and another UK tier 2 partner, AGM.

What are your thoughts on why GEIC has chosen a non-UK company?
