    Hi Archer,

I fully understood what you were saying, The data doesn't match your claim,

Wouldn't you think that FGR shareholders would be jumping up and down more if we thought someone was selling out, the simple facts are, none of the major players are selling out, under the ASIC rules shareholders can request to see the current shareholder list (t20-40, there can be some fees attached to accessing the data) If you compare the 2018 and 2019 Shareholder lists, the T20 are increasing their holding. The broker data also suggest that there is no large selling over the past 3 weeks.

The issue with FGR is the lack of news with the short term traders leaving.

FGR has always been poor with disclosure to shareholders, this has always been one of my complaints and my post on the AGM notice has been well supported with other investors sharing my view.

Unlike FGR's peers, We are achieving significant milestones,

FGR has a fully commissioned 100t factory that is modular,
They are certification in Europe and Australia to sell Graphene,
Has started to convert collaboration agreements into Sales Agreements (newGen 3t)
Have a fantastic partnership with GEIC where we are securing additional IP as they see FGR as the market leader in Electrochemical exfoliation.
We are seeing that our Graphene is working in products where other companies have failed.

Then we have other signs that things are happening in the background,

Building on the Rocks, who researched all of the different graphene companies, decided FGR was the best company to invest in. It has been reported on HC that BOTR is connected to the Aluminium industry, It has been relayed from a Shareholder meeting that it is in Aluminium Scaffolding and that BOTR is working with FGR at the GEIC to commercialise Graphene/Aluminium composites. (This has not been confirmed by FGR) I can only speculate that BOTR is seeing significant gains in their partnership with FGR / GEIC to convert all of their FGROC options,

Then we have Twynam Agri, who is FGR's Largest shareholder and one of FGR's richest men,
If you look through their Becoming a Substantial shareholder notice, you will notice they were selling their shares to converting their options. I have to admit I was pretty peed off with this. Although, it was impressive work seeing a Billionaire showing us how to increase your shareholding in a company with little or no additional investment.

As you say Archer, Everything in the world of FGR is Bad, we have sales, decent cash backing, are fully permitted, the company has commercial production facilities and we have the best minds in the world working with our G to bring the Graphene Revolution to Industry.
