There different people within the Company are responsible for delivering on the Clinical studies, CE Mark approval etc and they need to be held accountable to deliver and on time. Unless people within the Company are completely committed and giving 100% to delivering on the items that are necessary to get the product to market and the patients/people who desperately need it, then they have no business still being in the Company and should be removed immediately! Shareholders can handle dilution through options if they are aligned to performance and deliverables (not just for turning up to work). Look at the people who have options and what have they/need to deliver...! An elevated focus on accountability and complete transparency (without excuses) needs to be had with all people in the Company (Directors, CEO, CXU etc) right now as Company is in a pivotal period of transition from R&D to Commercialisation!
If they are not up to the task and are impeding progress to market or not performing/delivering on their areas of responsibility (referenced against time and budget), then they should be moved on....Simple.
