Maybe the ceo an chairman should buy now" instead of the shareholders approval in November of 10cents, MR CEO and MR CHAIRMAN !!!!! and make some announcements that will get the market a little bit interested " cause it's not doing anything for the shareholders AND the market at this point in time" stop going slow" and give shareholders and the market some confidence !!!!
