current CEO Domenic Carosa has agreed to reduce his remuneration package, beginning 1 September 2019 to EUR 240,000 per annum with an agreed 3-month notice period.No other matter or circumstance has arisen since 30 June 2019 that has significantly affected, or may significantly affect the Group's operations, the results of those operations, or the Group's state of affairs in future financial years.
