Sounds like you just took some words from "the analyst dictionary" and just wrote WHA in front. Pulled a $1 SP out of where exactly? Got an outlandish DCF anywhere with SP going up, up and away to mars?
This is a dead duck walking. Assets worth something? Yeap. Equity worth anything? Nope. Why - because the debt will eat this up. Good luck raising any more money from retail after what happened. Other option is to do a massively dilutive placement to some chinese mob. Still WHA holders will be the ones getting screwed in the end.
Even the people drawing charts are more useful than your analysis to be frank.
