One only had to read between the lines (or rather behind the lines) of the company's "Update on Funding Activities" to know that funding was not in the bag and that the DD was merely in preparation for presenting to the broader market an "offer to fund" the Lindi Project.

Your company has been forced to change the wording from its previously stated "Loan Note Agreement" to "Loan Note Offering".

I don't know if the blatant ramping stems from ignorance, insecurity or self-servitude, but when it extends across onto other graphite forums with unsavoury downramping, the behaviour starts to resemble narcissism. Funding is NOT a done deal and never was.... the ramping evangelists and your company have been misleading everyone!
