The ponds look good, better than the KLL demo plant. Good advertising.
Anyone who digs a bit deeper will see that the referral area approved is 757Ha. The total pond area will be 1325Ha and the trench requirement will be 130Km. Furthermore, despite the pit looking impressive, its volume is only 1.2Gl. The annual brine requirement will be over 20Gl, mainly from trench.
There is actually a fair bit more to do than the report cover might suggest but it looks inevitable that they will in production shortly after KLL.
