When CLH listed in 2001 financial year, its EPS 0.106, average share price((year high SP+year low SP)/2) was $3.36.
In 2019 financial year, EPS 0.22, average SP is $1.42.
That means since listing, its earnings are doubled but SP is only about 40% of the one in listing year.
It has a single digit PE ratio and nearly 7% dividend yield, PDL collection rate is over 75%.
I view the stock is undervalued and doesn't carry much risk.
