Looks to me like MNS will do anything to try and get out of the NY and C4V debacle (imo). Getting the "valuation" of the firesale kit was the first step. Maybe some of these "large overseas investment banks" they talk about will be asleep at the wheel and take the bait (imo). They only need to get 15-20 mill and they can put it all behind them. How does it go "potential of looking at a split of debt and equity into the New York project". Sounds like sell it off to me (imo).
