Withholding information that can give nvestor's appropriate insights into the future of their investment
in their company. Should be grounds for shareholders to use our rights to move that director and expose that director to having privileged information and not reporting it. We should not have to fight with the director using that high priced insurance to allow the director to be imune to the law. I cant see anything but a time consuming waste of money keeping these guys in business.
