the real Q is will China Provide .. and if not Why Not ?

then ANS have to raise locally .. but who would support a raising with their Funds

IF at this critical time China does not provide more Funds

there would be an almighty Q to be answered

Why won't they and Why should locals give more funds that is getting chewed thru way to fast

so China is really the only call But under what new conditions ?
