I’ve always had an issue with the remuneration paid to directors of this business and nothing has changed.

Hopefully the company takes advantage of the recent price rise and raises money as they will need it to pay directors. Only approx. AUD1.5m left as of 30 June 19.

Teresa Clarke on US$110,000 per year PLUS US$50,000 per month for other services.

Thats US$710,000 per year.

Also Ian is getting paid $2,000 per day for services.

other directors are on your average wage of between $50-70k per year.

All up the directors and their services are costing the business over AUD$1.1m per year.

Great announcement yesterday and extraordinary price rise so hopefully they take advantage of this and raise money while the share price is up this high. Only a few months ago this was under 5 cents.
